General Information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint (Impressum) of this website.

How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected in part by you providing it to us directly. This may include data you enter during registration or in your profile. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of page access).

What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your usage behavior. Discord login data is used for authentication and to provide personalized features.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers in Germany. The server logs automatically store information that your browser transmits to us:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website. Server logs are automatically deleted after 14 days.

3. Discord OAuth

This website uses Discord OAuth for user authentication. When you sign in with Discord, the following data is transmitted from Discord to us:

  • Discord User ID
  • Username
  • Avatar URL
  • Email address (if shared)

This data is stored in our database to create and manage your user account. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment). The data is stored until your account is deleted.

Authentication is handled through Discord Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Discord is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR).

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device by your browser. We use the following types of cookies:

  • Session Cookies: These are automatically deleted when you close your browser session.
  • Authentication Cookies: These store your login information in encrypted form.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being set and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

5. Anonymous Usage Statistics

This website collects anonymous usage statistics to improve our service. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG).

Data collected:

  • Pages visited (path, page title)
  • Load times and web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)
  • Anonymous session ID (deleted when the browser is closed, no cookie)
  • Referrer URL and UTM parameters (if present)

Not collected: IP addresses, names, email addresses, or any other personal data. No data is shared with third parties. No advertising is displayed.

Statistics collection only occurs after explicit consent via our cookie consent banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — either via the banner (display it again) or in your profile settings under "Reset cookie consent".

Your consent is logged server-side in accordance with Art. 7(1) GDPR. The log contains an anonymous consent identifier, the timestamp, the banner version, and an anonymized IP hash. This data is used exclusively to prove that consent was given and is not used for any other purposes.

6. Killcounter & Screenshot Processing

The Killcounter feature allows you to upload screenshots of the raid end screen from Escape from Tarkov. The text information displayed on these screenshots is extracted using optical character recognition (OCR) on our own servers in Germany. No external services or cloud APIs are used.

Data processed:

  • Uploaded screenshots (image files)
  • Extracted data: player names, weapons, maps, factions, timestamps
  • Game mode (PvP/PvE)

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment — use of the feature). Through the recognition process, in-game names of other players may be captured. These are stored exclusively in the context of your kill statistics and are not shared with third parties. The data is stored until your account is deleted.

You have the following rights at any time:

  • Right of Access: You may request information about the personal data we have stored about you.
